Charger installations follow four steps.
Enquiry and site assessment
You tell us what is happening or what you want added. We look at the switchboard, the circuits involved and the property before recommending anything.
Written quote
You receive a quote covering the charger circuit, any board changes and the installation.
Installation or repair
The circuit is run, the charger mounted and connected, and the board updated if needed.
Testing and certification
The work is tested before we leave, and a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) is issued where the work requires one.
04 / Safety & Compliance
Electrical work completed properly in NSW.
In NSW, EV charger installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician and tested to the Australian wiring rules (AS/NZS 3000).
Where the work requires it, we lodge a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW), which records what was done and confirms it has been tested.
05 / Exclusions & Limitations
What the service does not automatically include.
Some homes need extra work before a charger can go in.
Supply upgrades
Where the supply needs changing, network-side work is coordinated with our accredited Level 2 partners.
Switchboard replacement
If the board cannot take the new circuit, an upgrade is quoted separately.

Sutherland Shire and St George homes are not all wired alike.
Many Menai homes were built from the 1980s onward. Boards are usually circuit breakers, but may be short on space or safety switch protection.
Households with ducted air conditioning and pools need a capacity check before a charger is added.
