Heritage homes need careful work. We plan cable routes that protect original plaster, lath-and-batten, sandstone and timber linings, and we work in stages so the home stays liveable through the job, never the whole house dark at once.
Every rewire is paired with a switchboard upgrade so the new wiring is correctly protected by modern RCDs. The job is tested, certified and lodged on completion, with a full set of as-built circuit drawings handed over.
